不完美才是人生

我们经常听到这样一句话： "上帝总是最公平的。他关闭了一扇门，又为你推开了另一扇窗"。当一扇门关了之后，另一扇门（另一个机会）才会打开。我在2009年4月经历了我人生第一次真正的laid-off, 失去了有20年经验的Principle Software Engineer 的工作。是坏事吗？6位数字的收入没有了，自然不是好事。但是我的另一扇门打开了，它让我毫不犹豫地迈了进去。

和几个朋友一起开始了我们人生的新事业和探险。我们开始从事网站建设。太自然了，做了20年的软件工程师，这是最好的选择。2010元旦，我们开始为商家制作小网页-“中文黄页”。我们的直接服务对象是波士顿的华商，为他们创造一个平台，把大家的生意放在一起，共同promote。我们的目标是使波士顿16 万华人，方便，容易地找到他们所需要的服务。

我们以精美的图形设计，现场拍照，一对一采访，量体裁衣的个性化服务，赢得了众多商家的认同。我们尽全力在网上和现实生活中为波士顿华人服务：我们为各商家和社团组织免费提供网上报名，网上登记，网上宣传。我的一位朋友告诉我，他在购买房屋过程中，从realtor, 驗房师，到贷款，closing律师，都是通过“华人服务网页大全”找到的。 对此，我们深感欣慰。我们经常收到网上，甚至来自国内的求助信。 有人病了，寻找医生；有的出事了，寻找律师；有的学生，寻找住处；有人从国内来波士顿出席会议，要找翻译，导游；还有更多的人找装修，办签证！ 我们有求必应，把最好的商家服务推荐到朋友的手中。

经过一年多的努力，“华人服务网页大全（http://www.a2zbizonline.com/)” 已初具规模。我很高兴地告诉大家，我们最近又推出了商家博客，论坛（这个周末就连到网站上！) 欢迎大家问问题，写评论，使”华人服务网页大全“充分发挥为华人服务的功效。

I used to shop around and book the cheapest one. Once we booked a car cheaper than others, then it turn out that the rental location is not at the airport. It took us a lot of time to pick-up/drop-off the car. So be careful to read the words "Ïn terminal"!
